EJOVA CRAFTED generally doesn’t refund money back to your original payment method. Instead, you get a store credit e-gift card that you can use for future purchases.

Q3: Which items are not eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Digital downloads or virtual services already delivered

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Q4: How do I request a return?

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Q5: Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.


Q6: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

Q8: Can I exchange my item instead of getting a refund?

EJOVA CRAFTED does not have a traditional exchange process (swap sizes). you return the item and then use store credit to buy the size you want.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Q10: Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched or processed.
